Account Officer
Role: Responsible for attracting and managing customers, particularly in relation to lending and credit
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
What You'll Do
● Conduct credit assessments and field surveys for loan applications
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
● Ensure accurate and timely credit documentation in line with SOP
● Monitor loan repayments and support collection efforts
● Educate customers on our credit products and financial solutions
What We're Looking For
● Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major (Finance/Economics preferred)
● Fresh graduates are welcome—prior experience in microfinance or banking is preferrable
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Goal-driven, proactive, and resilient under pressure
● Familiar with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
