Relationship Manager
Role: Finding and building relationships with clients to grow savings and deposit funds, helping them choose the best financial products while driving the bank’s funding growth.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
What You'll Do
1. Develop and maintain relationships with individual and institutional clients for funding acquisition
2. Promote our savings and deposit products with a consultative and customer-first approach
3. Meet funding targets while ensuring sustainable and responsible acquisition strategies
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account opening and documentation
5. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field (Finance, Economics, or Marketing is a plus)
2. Experience in banking, finance, or sales is preferred
3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
4. Target-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools
